Heidi Cooks pattern features a fabulous border stripe and ombre sashing. Simple rotary cutting for the half square triangles makes it fast and fun. Like all Villa Rosa Designs patterns, it is easy to read with just one size, 49x 61. No need for special tools – just your favorite rotary cutter and ruler. To create this 49″ by 61″ quilt top, you’ll need the following materials:
- 1 1/4 yards or 1 yard border stripe for Theme
- 1 yard ombre, tonal or print fabric for Sashing
- 3/8 yards of contrast fabric
- 3/8 yards of background fabric
- 1/2 yards of binding fabric
