TheFilabot Pelletizer is a filament chopper designed to chop filament into pellets. This unit can be used standalone and manually fed, or it can be connected to a Filabot Spooler for inline chopping of filament during the extrusion process. This unit assists with chopping compounded plastic into pellets for re-extrusion, chopping of regrind for re-extrusion, or chopping of filament into pellets for injection molding.

Input filament size range: 1mm to 3.5mm

Materials: Rigid Materials, ABS, PLA, Ultem, PEEK, PS, HIPS. Does not cut TPU and other soft materials

Power Input:115VAC-10A or 230VAC-6.5A 50/60Hz 1-phase 500W MAX – varies with settings

Adjustable Speed – Allows for adjustment of pellet length
