Rod Anvil– 0.118″ (3 mm) diameter is useful in checking small tube thickness or checking the distance from a drilled hole to the edge of workpiece.
Flat Anvil-0.059″ (1.5 mm) in thickness, and is used to measure shoulders, lands, fins etc. as well as regular outside dimensions. Can be used without anvil and clamp to measure heights or steps up to 0.0001″. Spindle lock. Optional disc anvils are available to convert the UNI-MIKE into a compact, low cost height micrometer. Discs have lapped mirror surfaces. Graduations: 0.0001″. Carbide tipped spindle face. Friction thimble. The 317 series provide digital readout to 0.00005″/0.001 mm with +-0.002″ accuracy and can be linked to the SPC system. 11-799-4, 11-800-0 contain IP65 Level: Protection against coolants, dust and dirt.
