Insulating Elastomeric White Roof SealerCoolguard is a powerful, high performance 100% acrylic elastomeric roof sealer that uses Thermaflex technology to significantly reduce interior temperatures. The Thermaflex formula contains tiny insulating micro-spheres that dramatically increase in size as the temperature of the sealer rises, which prevents heat from being absorbed by the surface. This single-component acrylic urethane product reflects UV rays to reduce heat and provides a single monolithic layer that waterproofs and insulates the surface.
